Glass Half Full Regatta |

The August Long Weekend marks the half way point of the boating season so in an effort to remain positive about this the crew of Desperado is organizing the Glass Half Full Regatta for July 31, August 1 and August 2 (alternate race day). No big mysteries here. Skippers Meeting on the main pier at 11 am on each of the three days. All entries welcome and no advanced notice necessary.
Crew of Desperado will set courses, take times, blow horns, pick up buoys, calculate results, hand out prizes (if we get organized in time) and generally run the show.
Winds look to be light and start lines will be long so anyone new to racing should consider this as a great opportunity to explore a different side of sailing.

$200.00 per Team - (4 persons per team)
Captains must be club members. Includes Golf Fees and Supper.
Book Now. See Gene or Christine the Marina Managers to arrange bookings for the Tournament.
If teams require Golf Carts they must be book through the Regina Beach Golf Club @ 729-4433 |

As per the Mooring Regulations, please Call Gene at the club (729-2461) at least 24 hours in advance to let him know when your are coming out with your boat.
